Thank you for using PayPal!

The PayPal TeamWhat does this mean? is it a scam?
Suspicious.

I've never heard of Paypal forcing anyone to use an "Escrow" service. That is usually arranged by the seller, and only if agreed upon by both parties. If escrow was not part of the auction terms, then it is a scam for sure. The escrow will be fake, as will the rest of the Paypal details.

Always check your Paypal account directly, and if in doubt, contact Paypal directly to check on anything suspicious...What does this mean? is it a scam?
Check your paypal balance and see if it has changed. If not, its a scam, alert paypal.

If so, I wouldn't worry about it :)

I mean did you sell an item for $699 on ebay or not? What does this mean? is it a scam?
Even the name sounds suspicious.
