Calling all postal employees....serious only please!?

My sister sent me a package and it arrived smashed to bits and it was very well packed, box was smashed.



To file a claim for the purchased insurance, who files the claim? She is the shipper and has the receipts but I have the damaged goods.Calling all postal employees....serious only please!?

70lb limit is how much it can hold from the inside, not how much weight it can take from the outside - in other words, how strong the glue is, not the cardboard.
