Go into any insurance broker and pay by cash or cheque!
Swinton have branches in most towns in the uk and they will match their own online prices, so if you find a quote from Swinton online take a print out of it into a store and pay the premium.
Have we honestly become so dependant on the internet that we've forgotten how to go into a shop??!!

Why don't you open a bank account? Makes life easier, cheques are old and rarely heard of.
