I purchased a $120 item off ebay and it had a tracking #. But when it did not show up, I called the post office and they told me they delivered it to the wrong address and the people wont give the package back. and since i didn't have insurance, Im sol. To keep an item of mail not intended for you is a felony. Contact the post office general and the district attorney of your state. Also, contact Ebay.Mis-delivered postal package?
Call the office of the "Postal Inspector." The people HAVE to give it back.
