I was in an accident in a company vehicle but not issued a ticket and i have no points on my license. Is there a public record connecting me with the insurance claim, or is it all in the name of the employer? Im applying for postal job and i need to know if i can omit this from my driving record.Please help! Michigan driving record question?
I would come clean. They do an exhaustive search on new employees. You traded info with the other driver, and they gave it to their ins.company. Also the employer may have filled your info on the ins. form. You don't want that to come back and bite you, least not for a job that you don't want to loose.
