After purchasing a cd player on ebay with registered/insured post i did not recieve it. The seller reposted a new item as he was able to claim the old on with the postal insurance but now the old item has arrived.
I now have two cd players and do not know whether i am alowed to keep them. It is the postal company which have missed out as he recieved his money back for the first item.
